At METT Milan Torre Velasca we understand that pets are part of the family. We are delighted to welcome your companions, subject to a few simple guidelines designed to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
We welcome domestic cats and dogs, up to a maximum of two animals per residence. For larger animals, please contact us in advance. Maximum weight and size are to be confirmed.
Please let us know about your pet at the time of booking, so we can prepare your accommodation accordingly.
In shared spaces, pets must always be kept on a lead or in a carrier. For hygiene reasons and out of respect for other guests, they are not permitted in the restaurants, spa, gym or wellness areas.
Please do not leave your pet alone and unattended in the residence. For housekeeping, kindly arrange a suitable time with the concierge.
A cleaning and sanitisation supplement applies. The amount is to be defined.
The guest is responsible for their pet's behaviour and for any damage to people, furnishings or the property.
Service and assistance animals are always welcome, at no additional charge, in all areas of the property.
